Fried rice, fried turkey with coleslaw and dodo ( fried plantain

Cooking Instructions

Parboil rice. Drain, rinse and set aside.

Put pot on fire. Add Vegetable oil, chopped onion and crushed ginger and garlic. Stir fry for about 3 mins. Add boiled and chopped liver and keep stir frying.

Add your parboiled rice, buillion cubes and seasoning and spices to your taste. Add enough stock / water to cook your rice. Stir thouroghly. Add your peas and chopped carrots. Cover your pot. Lower your flame and allow to keep cooking.

Meanwhile, slice your cabbage, grate your carrots and add boiled peas. Add mayyonaise, a little salt and sugar to taste. Refrigerate.

Marinate your turkey. Put in a pot. Add onion and allow to cook till it is well cooked. Deep fry in hot vegetable oil till golden brown.

Slice your plantain. Sprinkle with salt and deep fry in hot vegetable oil till fried.

Plate your food. And serve
