Soak the Rice Rava & Urad dal Separate till 2 hour.

Than grind the Urad dal till smooth paste and add the paste in the Rice rava. Add a salt mix well and make a batter.

Covered the batter and put a side 6 to 8hour for ferments.

Add a two glass of water in cooker or steamer and put on the flame for boiling. Take a idly stand and grease it. Open a lid of batter.Stir gently and pour the battler in Idly stand. Put the Idly stand in boiling water and close the lid without whistle.Cook till 10 to 12 minute.

A soft, fluppy, tastey Idly is ready for serve. Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
