Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast diced
  2. Pepper
  3. garlic
  4. ginger
  5. Onion
  6. flour
  7. oil for frying
  8. corn flour
  9. salt
  10. maggi
  11. eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken in small chunks, wash and set aside. blend pepper, onion garlic and ginger.

    Place the chicken chunks into a large zip-top bag. Pour blended pepper mix into chicken add salt and a cube of maggi and marinate for 1 hour

    In a large bowl whisk together flour, cornflour, salt. Working in batches coat the chicken chunks in the flour mix, making sure all sides are coated.

    Heat up veg oil and once it’s very hot reduce heat to the lowest. Whisk egg and deep coated chicken into eggs

  5. 5

    Coat chicken in the flour and deep fry. Do same to all your chicken and fry on low heat.

  6. 6

    This will come out very crunchy ; serve with either ketchup or any dip of your choice with fries on the side
