Cooking Instructions

    Cook the moringa for 5 mints and wash the bitter taste

  2. 2

    Washe and cut onions and carrots

  3. 3

    Grind the groundnut with scotch bonnet

  4. 4

    Put the couscous in a bowl add moringa, carrots, peas,onions,groundnut and scotch bonnet, maggi and oil then mix it up together with little water

  5. 5

    Put your stemming put on the fire with water inside then put your mix couscous inside and cover it to stem for 10 to 15 min
