Ingredients

  1. 1 lbElbow macaroni
  2. 2eggs beaten
  3. 1 lbSharp cheese shredded
  4. 1/2 lb4 cheese blend shredded
  5. Butter
  6. Onion
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper
  9. Oil
  10. Lawrey's seasoning salt
  11. Water
  12. 2 cups2% milk
  13. 2 tblsflour

Cooking Instructions

    Bring water to a boil

  2. 2

    Add 1 tsp of sea salt to water

  3. 3

    Add 1 tbls of oil to water

  4. 4

    Add 1 box of macaroni to water

  5. 5

    When water boils down remove from heat and drain

  6. 6

    In a pot melt butter with onions until onions are translucent

  7. 7

    Added 2 tbls of flour and stir until it makes a paste

  8. 8

    Whisk in 1 cup of milk until you have a smooth mixture

  9. 9

    Then Whisk in last cup of milk
