Easy Tofu Soup

The delicious soup at my local pasta restaurant seemed quite simple, so I tried to make it!

The tofu may boil over, so adjust the heat as necessary. Unprocessed soy milk is best.
Nutmeg is a spice that goes well with many things (meat dishes, food with heavy cream, etc.), so I recommend it. Recipe by Shiyawashi

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 mlWater
  2. 400 mlSoy milk
  3. 2Soup stock cube
  4. 1 pinchPepper
  5. 1/4 tspNutmeg (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the water in a pot over medium heat. Add the soup stock cubes.

  2. 2

    Once the soup stock cubes have dissolved, add the tofu, pepper, and nutmeg (optional). Adjust the seasonings to taste and it's done.

    Garnish your soup with some parsley and croutons.
