Ingredients

  1. Left over cooked grinded beef
  2. Tomato, red pepper & scotch bonnet pulp
  3. Sliced onions & tomato
  4. Carrot & green beans
  5. Palm oil
  6. Seasoning cubes, mixed spices & curry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan, pour the palm oil & pulp with seasoning cubes,add the spices & beef, fry for 2mins.

  2. 2

    Add up the sliced onions & tomato, fry for 3mins under moderate flame, enjoy. I enjoy mined with rice & beans 🤩💃
