This was one of the top 5 delicious meals I had on my holiday at Naples. I wanted to eat something that was similar.
I think it tastes better if you don't chill too long. The key to a better taste is the lemon and the extra virgin olive oil, so use whatever you like! Recipe by JessieMom

Cooking Instructions

Chop up the cucumber, carrot (peeled), and tomato (seeds removed) into bite sized pieces.
- 2
Chop the octopus and scallops into bite sizes.
- 3
Add olive oil and mix everything in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- 4
Serve with lemon to squeeze right before eating.
