Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsSteamed octopus
  2. 100 gramsRaw scallops
  3. 1/2Cucumber
  4. 1/2Carrot
  5. 1/2Tomato
  6. 1/2Lemon
  7. 3 tbspExtra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop up the cucumber, carrot (peeled), and tomato (seeds removed) into bite sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Chop the octopus and scallops into bite sizes.

  3. 3

    Add olive oil and mix everything in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

    Serve with lemon to squeeze right before eating.
