Ingredients

  1. Lamb chops, pepper, onion, garlic & ginger paste
  2. Spices (thyme, cloves, Italian herbs, pepper soup spice)
  3. Seasoning of choice, and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your meat and put in a clean pot

  2. 2

    Add, ginger and garlic paste, blended pepper, onion and all the spices. Cover and steam for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Open the pot and stir, you'll notice that it has bring out some water. Add enough water to cook. Adjust seasoning and salt, cover and let it cook until meat is soft and tender.
