Wash the spinach leaves very well.take 4 cups water in a wok or kadhai give a boil add sugar when sugar dissolved add spinach leaves.boil it for 2 minutes. Transfer the spinach leaves in chilled water.it helps to retain the colour of spinach.

Transfer the blanch spinach in a grinding jar, add green Chillies add little water then blend it and make a fine paste. Cut the paneer into cubes.

Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds saute 30 seconds then add butter and add chopped garlic.saute for one minute.when garlic turns brown add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.

When onion turn light brown add spinach paste cook for 2 minutes add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red Chilli powder and salt mix well add little water cover and cook for3-4 minutes on medium flame. Stir occasionally. Add kasuri methi and garam masala powder.mix again.

Now add malai mix it add paneer cubes mix gently.cover and cook for 2 minutes then turn off the flame. The Palak panee is ready.
