Ingredients

  1. 31/2 cupschestnuts,blanched
  2. 1/4 cupbutter
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. Dashpepper
  5. 2 cupsseedless raisins
  6. 1/2 cupheavy sweet cream
  7. 1 cupbread crumbs (dry)
  8. Onion seasoning
  9. Celery salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook raisins in little water,drain. Cook chestnuts in boiling water until soft. Drain and mash through potato ricer. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
