But, on those tiring days, when you want to relax at home while enjoying good food or have guests over, impress everybody with your culinary art by making this super yummy dish.
Cooking Instructions

Soak cashew nuts and melon seeds in warm water for half an hour.

In a mixer grinder grind together soaked cashew nuts, melon seeds, onions and cardamom to fine paste.

Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add cinnamon stick and bay leaf. Saute for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and saute on low flame till the raw smell goes away. Now add the pureed paste.

Add peas and cook covered until the sides leaves the oil.

Now add Fenugreek leaves. Cook till the leaves turn dark. Add black pepper powder and sugar. Add salt to taste.

Cook covered for 5 minutes. Now add milk slowly on low flame. Cook well. Adjust consistency.

Add paneer pieces. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot with tandoori roti.
