  3. 0.5 cupfinely sliced carrots
  4. 0.5 cupfinely sliced capsicum
  5. 2 cupsfinely sliced cabbage
  6. 2 tbspgrated garlic
  7. 2 tbspginger paste
  8. 2 tbspSchezwan sauce
  9. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  10. 2 tbspketchup
  11. 3 tbsphot chilli sauce
  12. Spring roll wrapper
  13. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  14. 1 tbspcorn flour
  15. 0.5 tbspsalt
  16. 1.25 cupwater(as required)
  17. Paste
  18. 0.5wheat flour
  19. 0.25 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat oil. On high flame saute onion,garlic and ginger paste for a minute. Then add shredded carrot & capsicum for 30 sec, add shredded cab

    Add shredded cabbage and saute till veggies are halfly done yet crunchy. Add hot chilli sauce, soya sauce,ketchup & Schezwan sauce.Mix it well and allow it to cool. Set it aside.

    In a large bowl/parat take All-purpose flour, corn flour, salt. Mix it well Add water and start kneading the dough. Make sure to knead it soft like rotis dough with smooth surface.leave the dough covered for 1 hour.Then divided into 25 pieces

    Sprinkle little flour on the top and with rolling pin roll out into circle as the size of roti.precook on a pan with very low heat for 10 sec. Dont let it to cover with bubbles.keep the warm wrap under the cloth covered

    Now take 1 tbsp of stuffing placing it in the middle of the wrap.Fold the left side then the right side

    Brush the rest of the roll with the paste(glue).Roll the spring roll upwards tightly and secured with the paste

    Once wrapped fry them on medium heat till its crispy golden.Ready to be serve
