Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. 2 tbsCorn flour
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Water
  5. Shredded cabbage
  6. Shredded carrots
  7. Sliced onions
  8. Minced beef
  9. 2 tbsvegetable oil
  10. Ginger and garlic paste
  11. Pepper to taste
  12. Curry and seasoning to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pot, add onion and stir fry a bit

    Add ginger and garlic and stir

  3. 3

    Add pepper and mix well

    Then add the minced beef and stir fry till it changes color and well fried.

    Add the shredded carrots and cabbage and mix thoroughly on a very low heat. And curry and seasoning and also taste for salt and add if necessary.

    Allow the filling to cool while you prepare the spring roll sheet.

    FOR THE SHEET
    mix flour, corn flour and salt with water to form a light running paste, not thick and not too watery

    Place your non-stick pan on a low heat and use a pastry brush to rub the flour paste on the pan, remove from the pan as soon as it begins to lift from the pan

    Put the filling and roll

    Deep fry in hot oil till light brown. Enjoy
