I have been eating this since I was a child.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 150grams-200 grams Cabbage
  2. 2Chikuwa
  3. 1/2Canned tuna
  4. 2 tbspMentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  5. 1 pinchSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the cabbage.

  2. 2

    Slice the chikuwa diagonally.

  3. 3

    Heat oil from the tuna can in a pan.

  4. 4

    Add the cabbage, fish paste sticks, and tuna to the pan and fry with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    When it's cooked, add the mentsuyu noodle sauce and quickly stir fry over strong heat.

  6. 6

    Transfer to a serving plate and it's done!
