Healthy with good ingredients but full of calories and natural sugars... I present to you this recipe for overnight oats with a Snickers flavor (as much as possible) specially dedicated! @TwilightGirl I hope you try the recipe and let me know what you think! 🙃
Surely, no matter how healthy the ingredients are, I wouldn't recommend consuming it daily unless you want to eat half your calories just for breakfast! 😋 A Sunday is perfect for such a breakfast or when you want a sweet treat without (processed) sugar.. 💪

Ingredients

1 or 2 servings
  1. 1 cupground oats
  2. 1 cupalmond milk or milk of choice
  3. 2 teaspoonschia seeds
  4. 1level tablespoon honey
  5. 2 teaspoonssmooth peanut butter, unsweetened
  6. 1/2 portioncaramel sauce⬇️
  7. Or if you prefer, use this and skip the peanut butter in the base➡️
  8. 1 ounce (30 grams)stevia chocolate with a little milk
  9. 1 handfulpeanuts
  10. Granola with oats (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a container or jar with a lid, add the base ingredients, which will go in the fridge: oats, milk, peanut butter, honey, and chia seeds. Mix well, close, and leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.

    The next morning, melt the chocolate piece in a little milk and, with the caramel ready, start assembling!
    In a glass or jar, add 3-4 tablespoons of the oats. Then add a generous spoonful of caramel and a spoonful of chocolate. Sprinkle a few peanuts and repeat the layers. If I could find sugar-free granola on the market, I would add a little for the crunchy/cookie element. Unfortunately, I didn't have homemade either, but if you want to add some, it would go very well.
