Surely, no matter how healthy the ingredients are, I wouldn't recommend consuming it daily unless you want to eat half your calories just for breakfast! 😋 A Sunday is perfect for such a breakfast or when you want a sweet treat without (processed) sugar.. 💪

Cooking Instructions

In a container or jar with a lid, add the base ingredients, which will go in the fridge: oats, milk, peanut butter, honey, and chia seeds. Mix well, close, and leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.

The next morning, melt the chocolate piece in a little milk and, with the caramel ready, start assembling!
In a glass or jar, add 3-4 tablespoons of the oats. Then add a generous spoonful of caramel and a spoonful of chocolate. Sprinkle a few peanuts and repeat the layers. If I could find sugar-free granola on the market, I would add a little for the crunchy/cookie element. Unfortunately, I didn't have homemade either, but if you want to add some, it would go very well. - 3
