Cooking Instructions

Do not peel the potatoes. Cut into long thin chips. Toss in olive oil and corn flour. Mix well. Sprinkle with salt and roast for 20 minutes

Drizzle maple syrup over and rosemary. Return to the oven for 10 minutes

Add a generous helping of grated parmesan and cook for 10-15 minutes more

Serve immediately.
