Ingredients

  1. 3 lbLebnah
  2. 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  3. 1/3 cupcrushed walnuts
  4. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  5. 1/2 cupzaater
  6. 1/4 cupdry crushed mint fine
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred hot pepper crushed mixed with paprika
  9. 4 tablespoonolive oil
  10. Olive oil enough to cover the Shanklish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the labnah in cheese bag over night With heavy weight so it Drain all the water in it you want it to dry as possible in the refrigerator

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients on top and mix well

  3. 3

    Add some little olive oil in your hand and scoop some of the dough and roll it

  4. 4

    Roll in Zaater and keep in-your fridge dipped in olive oil

  5. 5

    Enjoy ☺️
