Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcassava flakes
  2. Grated scotchbonnet
  3. Chopped onions
  4. Seasoning cube, curry, mixed spices
  5. 1/4rspn of salt
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, divide the cassava flakes into 3 portions

  2. 2

    Take two portion & add hot water to it

  3. 3

    Cover & allow it for 10mins

  4. 4

    The add the remaining portion of the cassava flakes.

  5. 5

    Add the grated scotch bonnet, chopped onions, mixed spices, curry, seasoning cube & salt, add 1 tbspn of oil, mix all together.

  6. 6

    Make sure it's well mixed, take a portion of it & mold it in your palms with your fingers as the shape showed in the picture.

  7. 7

    Fry & enjoy
