Ingredients

  1. 200 gGrated Okra
  2. Sliced Uziza
  3. palm Oil 1cksp
  4. 3 tbsOse Nsuka
  5. 1 1/2 tspOnga Classic Seasoning Powder
  6. Ground Crayfish 1Heaped Cooking Spoon
  7. Okpei 2tbs(mashed with lil water)
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 700 gRoasted Goatmeat
  10. 3 tbsOnions
  11. 1 tspCurry
  12. 1 tbsOnga Classic Seasoning Powder
  13. 1 DashSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse Goat meat, add to a pot, add water same level, add 1tsp of salt, cook 15mins on medium heat

  2. 2

    Now, drain

    Rinse again, add onions, onga classic seasoning powder, Curry and lil salt, cook for 5mins

  4. 4

    Top up with 11/2Cup if water

  5. 5

    Add Palm oil, Crayfish, okpei, ose Nsuka, bring to boil

  6. 6

    Add onga Classic Seasoning Powder 11/2tsp, let it boils, add okra, stir and don't cover as you reduce heat

  7. 7

    When it boils, add Uziza, stir, bring to boil, taste to adjust with lil salt, stir well

  8. 8

    Once it boils, remove from heat enjoy with any morsel of choice
