Though this is maharastrian recipe. Its cooked in Gujarat also with some twists. Its a best option when you desire to have some light breakfast.
This recipe I taught my son (who went to canada for further study) in a simple way so that bigginers and bachelors can also cook.
Cooking Instructions

Rinse and strain poha. Add all dry masala, salt n lemon juice and mix it well. Now Put fried peanuts and chopped potato. Heat a Kadai, pour oil, and add mustard seed as it becomes hot. Add green chili and chopped onions and saute well. Now it's time to add poha and mix it well.

Finally, add chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot. Add sev and Garnish it with onion slices, green chili, and lemon.

This is the best option to have with tea or coffee for the breakfast. You can take it in a lunchbox also.
