Cooking Instructions

In the mixer, jar takes 2 onions roughly chopped, coconut slices, garlic, ginger, and cumin seeds. Blend it. You may fry all these ingredients in little oil and then blend them.

Heat oil. This dish requires more oil. Once the oil is heated, add Kashmiri red chili powder, this makes nice tarri means floating of oil and red colour on the top of the gravy. add gravy which we made in a mixer.

Cook for 10 minutes. It starts releasing oil from the sides of gravy.

Add tomatoes. Cook for another five minutes.

Meanwhile, take some water in a pan. Add matki, some turmeric powder, and a little salt. Boil it for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove water from matki. Keep it to add to our curry.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and Kala masala. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. You may make it more spicy

Add boiled sprouts and the remaining water we kept while boiling sprouts. Add more hot water. This curry is thin. So adjust consistency. Add salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

Now make preparation to assemble misal pav. Soak poha for half a minute in the water. Remove water.

In the serving plate, take curry, add some poha, lots of farsan namkin, onion and coriander. Sqeeze lemon juice on it.

Serve with pav. You can have only curry by adding some curd to it.
