Cardamon Tea ~ Indian Chai Cardamon Tea ~ Indian Chai
At my family's home in India, this tea is often served to guests. I've been drinking ginger chai a lot recently, so I made this for the first time in a while. It is wonderfully fragrant, so it's n ideal tea for refreshing you body and soul. You don't have to crush the whole cardamons to powder. If you add more sugar than usual, it will taste more authentic. If you leave the pan that you boiled the cardamon for a while without washing it, the kitchen will become filled with the scent of cardamon, making you happy. Recipe by Plabar cookpad.japan
