  7. Halfteaspoon of turmeric powder
  8. Curry
  9. Ginger
  10. clove
  11. white pepper powder
  12. Liver
  13. Vegetable oil
  14. Salt
  15. 3scotch bonnet
  16. 2red bell pepper

    In a pot add your turmeric powder, salt and water to boil.

    Wash your rice and pour into your pot

  4. 4

    Boil for 20 minutes and drain it in a strainer

  5. 5

    Pour your vegetable oil a pot add your curry on a low heat for 3-5 mintues to get the best aroma a taste

  6. 6

    Add quarter cup of hot water and allow to cook for 10 minutes on a low heat

  7. 7

    Add your vegetables, liver, and seasoning and fried for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Add your rice and fried for 5 10 mintues.
