Bibimbap in a Frying Pan Bibimbap in a Frying Pan
I wanted to eat bibimbap at home, so I made this with extra care given to its color presentation.I don't have particular tips, but by using a light fruit juice such as pear juice (but not a citrus or milk-based juice) instead of water to make the bibimbap sauce, you can make the sauce little less spicy. The teriyaki chicken with doubanjiang goes really well with this! Using these amounts, if you divide them into 2 batches, and make 1 batch at a time, you can eat piping hot bibimbap! Surf Clam Paella In a Frying Pan! Surf Clam Paella In a Frying Pan!
I love surf clams, so I thought up this paella recipe, which takes full advantage of their umami. The amount of lukewarm water to use changes depending on how much moisture is in the vegetables. Please try making this several times. Test the rice when it's cooked, and adjust the amount of water. The reason for heating over high heat at the end is to crisp up the rice on the bottom.Try using other ingredients besides the surf clams for variety. For one 26 cm [10.2 in] frying pan full. Recipe by Stylish Mama cookpad.japan -

When I made "Cooking in a Frying Pan: Pancake Mix Cinnamon Apple Cake", I forgot to add cinnamon powder to the simmered apple slices. How to Make Rice in a Frying Pan How to Make Rice in a Frying Pan
A long time ago when I was living on my own, I never really ate rice so I didn't own a rice cooker. It wasn't a problem, but when I started living with my boyfriend, he kept badgering me because he wanted to have rice.My mother told me that rice can be cooked in a frying pan, so she taught me how and when I tried making it, it was really easy. My boyfriend thinks cooking it this way is better than when it's cooked in a rice cooker. My co-workers are always surprised by how I make rice, which is why I decided to upload the steps. The cooking time is approximate, so the amounts and cooking temperature may vary. Peek at the rice. If the liquid has evaporated and the rice is plump, it's done. Since there isn't a lot of rice, it will probably burn easily. I usually use 3 rice cups and cook for around 5 minutes on low heat. Recipe by saki1010 cookpad.japan -
Yakitori made in a Frying Pan Yakitori made in a Frying Pan
I wanted to eat yakitori with alcohol! I had chicken thighs in the fridge so I made this on a whim. The clean-up after using the grill is a pain, so I made it easily in the frying pan and it worked. The key is cutting the chicken in even pieces, so that they cook through evenly.
