  2. Qaute cup of perboiled rice
  3. 3 table spoonpowder milk
  4. 1medium onions
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 halfteaspoon of yeast
  7. 3 table spooncondensed milk
  8. Salt
  9. 1 teaspoonsugar
  10. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend your rice with the parboiled rice.

    Add your yeast and allow to rinse for 1 to 2hrs.

    Then add your milk, condensed milk, sugar, chop onions,egg

  4. 4

    Mix it to form a homogeneous mixture.

  5. 5

    Then start frying your masa.
