My jollof Rice is 1 in town, you don't wanna go without asking for more, hmmmmn, yummmy

Ingredients

  1. 20.5 gRice
  2. 4 1/2topper bucket of water
  3. Tintomato (biggest tin)
  4. Blended pepper(🌶️,scotch bonnet, bell pepper,tomato)
  5. Onions 4 large bulbs
  6. Ginger 2 medium size
  7. 1/2 cloveGarlic
  8. Veg oil 2 ltrs
  9. Bouillon cubes (to your taste)
  10. Curry & thyme
  11. Salt (add to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse your rice and pour into a sieve to drain well

  2. 2

    Pour your Veg oil into pan, add in your finely cubed onions and saute.

  3. 3

    Pour your tomato paste till well fried with a bread crumbs like result

  4. 4

    Add in your blended pepper combination and fry well

  5. 5

    Add in your seasonings, and fry well till well combined

  6. 6

    Then pour in your water, stir well and taste for balancing

  7. 7

    Bring the water to a boil and pour in your rice and cook on medium heat

  8. 8

    Stir your rice intermittently to help cook evenly,dnt be afraid of burning, it's the Nigerian Jollof Rice USP

  9. 9

    Serve with any protein of your choice
