Ingredients

  1. 1medium cabbage
  2. 6medium carrots
  3. Spring onions
  4. 2 tbsvegetable oil
  5. Ginger and garlic paste
  6. Curry and seasoning to taste
  7. Grated pepper or pepper powder to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Scrape carrot and wash in cold salted water, grate with d large holes of d grater and keep aside

    Shred the cabbage finely and wash in warm salted water, keep to drain

  3. 3

    Add oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste and stir a bit, add pepper and spring onion and saute for a minute

  4. 4

    Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots and stir on low heat for 3 minutes not to over cook, add curry and seasoning and taste for salt, add salt if necessary if not stir for 2 more minutes and its ready
