Cooking Instructions

Peel the carrots and wash them thoroughly. Grate them one by one.

Grate all the carrots in the same way. Heat ghee in a pan, saving a little for later.

Sauté the carrots in the ghee for a while, then add sugar. The carrots will release water, which we will dry out first so it doesn't take too long later.

Once the water dries up, add milk and continue to sauté the halwa while stirring.

When all the milk is absorbed into the halwa, add the remaining ghee and mix well. Then add khoya and cardamom, mix, and sauté for 5 more minutes while stirring. Turn off the heat.

Our delicious and tasty gajar ka halwa is ready. It tastes very good, and everyone at home loves it.

Serve it hot. It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week without spoiling.
