I made beetcarrot juice,spiced with lemon zest,it's so yum and healthy..
After sieving the juice,I got this residual,will use for Jollof rice, stew, Pancake..
Cooking Instructions

Wash beet well,peel, grate,set aside

Scrape carrot,wash well,grate set aside

Now,combine both,pour water into it,such that juice is wine foliyr and not red,when you look into the bowl

Strain,press sieve lightly with a stainless spoon to remove residual juice from beetcarrot paste,ready to use

If using vegetable oil, 10 g will give you a biscuit-type cookie and 20 g will give you more of a cookie texture.
