Parboil your macaroni and set aside, and then Blend your tomatoes, scotch bonnets, red pepper and onions then add medium amount of vegetable oil in your pot and add your blend tomatoes and fry it for some minutes

Wash your carrots and cut them according to the shape and size you want and then add your cut carrots in side the pot and fry it for some minutes

Add small amount of water then add your seasoning’s, curry and thyme then add your boiled eggs then finally add your macaroni and mix it then allow it under low heat for some minutes.
