Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and butter a 8x4 Loaf Pan.

Mash the ripe bananas with the melted butter.

Mix in banking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
(Everything else but the flour) - 4
Mix in flour. Do not over mix.

Place batter in 4x8 bread pan.

Bake for 50-60 Minutes.

Pro tip. Thin the batter out with some water and fry it like pancakes. So delicious!
