Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 Tablespoonyeast
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. Warm Water as required
  5. Vegetable oil for frying

    Pour your flour in to a bowl, add your yeast and salt and mix together.

    Pour your lukewarm water in to the mixture and mix thoroughly to form a batter not too watery.

    Cover the mixture and leave to rise for 30_45 minutes in a warm place.
