Ingredients

  1. 200 grFresh chopped spinach
  2. 1/2 cupsoaked moong dal
  3. 1/4 cuproasted crushed peanut
  4. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tsphing powder
  7. 1/4 tbspmustar seed
  8. 1/4 tbspcumin
  9. 1/4ts cumin powder
  10. 1 tbspcoconut powder
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First heat the pan and add oil in pan then add muster,cumin and hing powder stir it. Then add spinach and soute.

    Then add soaked moong dal and mix well and stir it well.then add chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt, crushed peanut,coconut powder,cumin powder and mix it well,and cover it and steam it.

    After 2 minute sabji is ready to eat,serve with roti and garnish with peat and green chill.
