Non-Fried Sweet and Sour Pork with Cubed Meat

This falls under a category of deep-fried dishes without actually deep-frying.
While thickening the sauce in Step 10, make sure to stir constantly and be careful not to over-boil!
When you pierce the meat with a fork, the flavor seeps in better and the meat will stay tender!
Please adjust the baking time, as it is just a guideline!
Don't worry if the meat comes out powdery in Step 8 as it'll be mixed in the sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by Sarami19

Sweet and Sour Pork Sweet and Sour Pork
Sweet and sour pork is a dish loved by both adults and children! Originating from Guangdong, the traditional method requires making 'sour fruit' first, but for a quick and easy home version, just combine ketchup with sweet and sour sauce. The secret to tender pork is frying it twice; after the outer layer is crispy, mix it with the sauce. Take advantage of the pineapple season for a delicious and healthy addition! 胖仙女Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -
