Ingredients

  1. 2 kgFried Panla Fish
  2. 4 pcsToasted Ehuru
  3. Toasted Uda 4pcs small
  4. 1 tbsChillii Pepper Powder
  5. 4 CupsWater
  6. Powdered Crayfish 3cksp
  7. 2 tbsOnga Classic Seasoning Powder
  8. Powdered Ede 2cksp(thickener)
  9. Aidan 1(oshosho)
  10. 1 handfulSliced Utazi
  11. 1 tspDeli Dawa Seasoning Powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pound Ehuru, set aside,pound Uda add 1/4Cup of water to it, strain,set aside

  2. 2

    Now,mix powdered ede(cocoyam)to a thick paste

  3. 3

    Add all to a pot except Cocoyam paste and utazi,cook for 5mins

  4. 4

    Stir,add thickener gradually, stir after each addition,so that,you get desired consistency,when satisfied with thickness,stop adding,taste to adjust with any ingredient of choice

    Cook for extra 2mins

  6. 6

    Now,add Utazi

  7. 7

    Stir well cook 2mins for proper mixing

  8. 8

    Remove from heat,plate and enjoy with morsel of choice
