Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 bunchSpinach
  2. 600 mlWater
  3. 4 gramsDashi stock granules
  4. Seasoning ingredients:
  5. 1 tbsp★ Sake
  6. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 1/2 tbsp★Mirin
  8. 1/2 tsp★ Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch the spinach and drain. Cut up roughly.

  2. 2

    Put the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium, add the dashi stock granules and simmer for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Turn the heat down to low, add the spinach from Step 1 with the ★ ingredients, simmer for 1 minute, and it's done.
