  2. As neededchopped capers
  3. Tofu dressing
  4. 150 gfirm tofu
  5. 6 Tbspolive oil
  6. 3 Tbspvinegar
  7. 6 gsalt
  8. Black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients for tofu dressing in a food processor

  2. 2

    Cut mizuna 1-inch pieces

  3. 3

    Mix mizuna well with tofu dressing and capers. Use as much as you like, but you probably won’t need all of it.

    Done!
