Cooking Instructions

Crack the egg in your bowl, put in some salt and pepper, whisk just until the white combined (the best if you let it at room tempt. For about 15 min. This make the egg mixture brighter in orange colour that gonna make it more delicious, optional)

Set your pan (non-stick pan make it easier, optional tho). Set to medium low heat, didn't have to wait until hot just pour the mixture, stir gently until the mixture harderned and curdled yet still have creamy texture (on this step you can continuously stir until your desired texture), shut the heat

Serve in your rice bowl, top it with garnishes (in the pict. I didn't put any, but u can put some garnishes)
