Ingredients

2 plates
  1. 2remaining jawar roti
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1big chopped onion
  4. 2chopped coriander
  5. 1 tablespoonKanda lahsun masala
  6. 2-3 tablespoonpeanuts
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 tablespoonsugar
  9. 1potato
  10. leavesCurry
  11. 1 tablespooncumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take leftover roti and make crush of roti and sprinkle little bit water on crushed roti.. then take chopped ingredients.take pan and add oil in it then add curry leaves and make tadka with cumin seeds, mustard seeds.

    Add chopped onion and soute it till onion become transparent then add chopped potato pieces fry these pieces at last add tomato and then and salt so over tomato get melt now and kandalasun masala turmeric powder and then add crushed Jawar roti. Mix it well and on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes stir it.

    Spread some sugar and chopped coriander then serve with curd it gives nice taste.
    Special tip is add fried peanuts which gives nice taste
