  1. 1/2 kgcabbage
  2. 1/2 cuppeas
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 2 tspoil
  5. 1/2mustard seeds
  6. 4curry leaves
  7. 1/2 sp hing
  8. 1/2 tspurad dal
  9. 1 tsplemon juice
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. For paste
  12. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  13. 3green chilli
  14. 2cloves
  15. 2pepper corn
  16. 1 small piece of cinnamon
  17. 3 tspfresh coconut grated
  18. 2 tsproasted chana dal

Cooking Instructions

    Make paste using ingredients to smooth.

    Chop cabbage finely,heat oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves fry it, add cabbage, peas and cook till soft not mushy.

    Add salt, sugar and prepared paste and cook for a while. finely add lemon juice and it's ready to serve with rice/ roti.
