Ingredients

  1. 1medium size cabbage
  2. 5large carrots
  3. 1big cucumber
  4. 4scotch bonnet
  5. 2Onions
  6. 1medium size smoked fish
  7. 1large green pepper
  8. Halfclove of garlic
  9. Handfulpersely leaf
  10. Seasoning to taste
  11. 2cooking spoon of oil
  12. 1 tspeach of cinnamon,curry, tumeric, yellow Pepper, fennugreek

    Using a food processor (in the absence of the processor you can use a manual grater, because the shredding gives it a different outlook and brings out the flavor of the veggies). shredd onion+garlic+Scotch bonnet+green pepper. Keep aside. Shredd the carrots and cucumber, keep aside. Then shredd the cabbage. The fish should be shredded too.Chop the Presley.

    Heat oil and saute onion and peppers for some couple of minutes, add the spices and seasoning, then pour in the fish for a 2 min. Pour in the carrots and cucumber for a minute. Then cabbage goes in, saute for 2 min, sprinkle the persely leaf cover your pot for a minute and off the stove.

    A delicious cumbo for your white rice, pasta, etc. It was so delish
