Ingredients

  1. 1snake gourd (Monkey's Tail Snake)
  2. 1 bunchshimeji mushrooms
  3. 1 tablespoonbutter
  4. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the snake gourd thinly with a peeler, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice it diagonally into pieces about 1 1/4 inches long.
