Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 packsudon noodles
  2. 3.5–5 oz pork
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 3–4 cabbage leaves
  6. 1 tablespoon●soy sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon●sake
  8. 1 tablespoon●water
  9. 2 teaspoons●granulated dashi
  10. 1 packet (5 g)bonito flakes
  11. Salt and pepper, to taste
  12. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil (for frying)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ● seasonings together♪

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes♪
