Cooking Instructions
- 1
Rub the pork, which has been brought to room temperature, with plenty of crazy salt and black pepper. Wrap it in paper towels and let it sit for a few minutes to draw out moisture.
- 2
Heat oil in a frying pan and sear the pork evenly on all sides until nicely browned. Since it's pork, make sure to cook it thoroughly!
- 3
While the pork cools slightly, bring a pot of water to a boil. Wrap the pork in plastic wrap or foil, place it in a heat-resistant ziplock or similar bag, and seal it tightly.
