Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1 packnatto (small beans)
  2. 1/2small onion
  3. 1 tablespoonsake
  4. 2 tablespoonspotato starch
  5. 1 tablespoonolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the onion into small cubes.

    In a bowl, mix the onion, natto (add the included sauce if available), sake, potato starch, and olive oil well.

    Heat oil in a frying pan, then add the mixture from step 2, flattening it into a round shape. Cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
