Cooking Instructions

Cut the 2 pieces of mochi into 1 cm cubes.

Place in a microwave-safe container and add 1/2 cup milk.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon sugar and mix.

Add 1 egg and mix well.

Add butter to a frying pan and set to low heat.

Pour in the mixture (keep on low heat).

Cover with aluminum foil and cook on low heat for 4 minutes. Check to prevent burning.
