Ingredients

  1. Okra
  2. 1/2 poundokra
  3. 1 teaspoonyellow mustard powder
  4. 1 teaspoonyellow mustard seed
  5. 1/2 cupolive brine from your favorite olives
  6. Brine
  7. As neededbrine

Cooking Instructions

    Add the okra, olive brine, mustard powder and mustard seed to a sterilized jar. I used the actual jar the olives were in. I didn't add extra salt to the recipe because of the olive brine. Boil the brine ingredients for the pickling brine solution.

    Pour the hot brine over the okra in the jar and put the lid on it. Allow to cool and refrigerate for about 1 week. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
