  1. 1/2kilo goat meat
  2. piece dryfish small
  3. tablespoon crayfish (blended)
  4. 4fresh pepper small
  5. onion bulb medium
  6. 3maggi cube
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 bunch waterleaf
  9. bunch pumpkin leaf
  10. 1/2 cupbitterleaf (washed)
  11. 1/2 cuppalm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat,fish with salt

  2. 2

    Wash pepper,onion and blend

  3. 3

    Wash waterleaf,pumpkin with salt and sliced differently keep separately.

    Get clean pot,put washed meat,fish add little water place on heat

  5. 5

    Add maggi and salt boil for 10 min

  6. 6

    Add blended pepper,onion allow to boil for 3 min

  7. 7

    Add crayfish and palm oil allow to boil for 3min

  8. 8

    Add waterleaf and stir allow to boil for 5min

  9. 9

    Add bitterleaf allow to heat for 3 min then add pumpkin leaf and stir heat for 1 min

  10. 10

    Turnoff heat soup is ready.

  11. 11

    Best eaten with semo,pounded yam,eba so delicious.
