Cooking Instructions

    Parboil you rice to remove the starch and set aside
    Put your pot on fire and heat up your oil
    Add onions all to cook on low heat
    Add you blended fresh pepper, crayfish,Kpomo, fish and ingredients
    Add water and allow to boil
    Once the water is boiling add your rice
    Cover and allow to cook

    Once it is ready add your vegetables and onions
    Stir and cover to steam

  3. 3

    Serve with plantain or moi moi and cold juice
